Cancellation PolicY

Your bookings are incredibly important to us at Autoclean Premium Detailing. While we understand that schedules can change unexpectedly, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment adjustments or cancellations.

This 48-hour notice allows us the opportunity to offer your slot to clients on our waiting list who may need last-minute availability. In doing so, we can better accommodate all our clients’ needs.

The following terms and conditions apply to all Autoclean Premium Detailing appointments:

  • 48-Hour Notice Requirement: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any bookings. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a charge of 50% of the total quoted service cost will apply.
  • Weather Conditions: In the event of bad weather at the time and location of your appointment, a rebooking will be offered instead of a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show Policy: If the detailer arrives on-site and the client is a no-show or decides to cancel/reschedule without any weather disruptions, an 80% charge of the total quoted service cost will apply.
  • Company-Initiated Rescheduling or Cancellation: Autoclean Premium Detailing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to staff availability, adverse weather conditions, or equipment issues without any penalty to the client.
  • Terms Subject to Change: Autoclean Premium Detailing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Please note that these charges are non-redeemable for cash, credit, or gift vouchers for future bookings.
