Paint enhancement is a machine one-stage polish - not a hand wax or a detail spray. Before any machine work starts, a full decontamination removes iron fallout, tar and bonded contaminants, leaving the surface smooth and completely free of contaminants before any machine work begins. We then use a machine polisher with a cutting compound to physically remove a fine layer of clear coat where the swirl marks and surface defects sit.
The result is noticeably improved gloss and clarity. Light swirl marks are gone or significantly reduced. The paint reflects the way it should.
Once the polish is done, we apply a 6-month ceramic sealant that bonds to the clear coat and protects against salt air, UV and contamination. Not as durable as a full ceramic coating, but a major step up from unprotected paint.
